BIMLS is a renowned institution that provides quality education in the field of physiotherapy. The institute was established in the year 2001 as a joint venture between the University of Burdwan and Burdwan Institute of Management and Computer Science.

BIMLS is known for introducing the 4 ½ years Bachelor of Physiotherapy program in West Bengal, and it was the first institution in the state to offer a Master’s Degree in the field of Physiotherapy.
