About West Bengal University of Health Sciences – WBUHS

Established in 2003, West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) is a result of the West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, post-doctoral, and Ph.D. programs in various fields, including Modern System of Medicine, Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Ayurvedic System of Medicine, Nursing Education, and more. Since its inception, WBUHS has affiliated new colleges and increased the number of seats for various courses. The university also introduced new courses, such as Post-doctoral Certificate Course in Neuro-anaesthesia, MPT, and Master of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology, among others. WBUHS is dedicated to providing quality education, training, and research in the health sciences.
