About Indian Institute of Technology – IIT Patna:

IIT Patna was established in 2008 by an act of parliament and is one of the 15 IITs in India. Admission to the undergraduate program is through the Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE). The institute operates from its transit campus in Patliputra Colony, Patna and offers undergraduate and doctorate courses. The IITP logo symbolizes technology, science and education, and reflects the connection to Buddhism and Sanskrit culture.
